"I was so impressed with the service that you performed on my Honda 250x. I live in the Coachella Valley. I have spent thousands at local shops such as 10 West and Hutchins to name a couple, plus various small shops. Every time I left feeling defrauded and abused. Work was always done poorly, and I was always given a laundry list of things that needed to be done right away or my bike(s) would be ruined. I started looking for a new place to go outside of the desert. I called 411 and was directed to Beaumont Cycles. I spoke with Gary, and shared my experiences with the local shops. He reassured me that Beaumont Cycles was family owned and went to great lengths to work with their customers. I decided to give him a shot on my way home from riding at Lake Arrowhead. It was a set up. I knew everything that was wrong with my bike, but I wanted to see if he would take the time to fix each problem for the least amount of expense for me. Unlike 10 West that just replaces everything for the highest sale. Gary and his team passed with flying colors !! I was even more impressed when I saw that they had washed and polished my bike. It was covered with mud when I dropped it off....now it is cleaner than it has ever been since I bought the bike ! Thanks for your honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I will refer everyone to your shop."

"First off I would like to say that my experience with the service department and technicians have always been top notch. They answer my many questions (no matter how stupid they are) and provide me with much needed insight to modifications, maintenance or accessories. Last year I had ordered a part for my Raptor and paid for expedited shipping as we were leaving for Glamis. Gary, (the service manager) ultimately credited me back the shipping cost because I had paid for expedited shipping and the part was overdue by a few days, causing our trip to be delayed. Although no fault if his own, as he is not a shipping company, he took care of me for the inconvenience. That's what customer service is about. I give two thumbs up to the service dept. and all the crew there. I do however have a complaint. Perhaps more of an observation and this has been bothering me for the past couple of years: During my many interactions with the staff at Beaumont Yamaha, I have continually observed one of the employees (Gloria) talk down to or be-little the other staff. During these events I recall how uncomfortable I was just watching this ridiculous behavior. The fact that she yelled and ordered them around in front of me, the customer, was shocking. By her demeanor and body language I was under the impression that she was the owner, or at the very least the wife of the owner. And after a run-in with her myself over where I can and cannot park my 40' toy hauler when dropping off my quads for service, it was only then that I found out she was an accountant and ran the office. Not a store manager or supervisor. We all get upset at times, but the unprofessional manner in which this woman is allowed to operate makes me wish that there was another shop I trusted enough to take my machines to. In all honesty I try to avoid this lady whenever possible whether I'm buying parts or speaking with the service staff. I have really had to bite my tongue while watching her speak to the employees. It's pretty sad when someone has no position of authority, yet they think they do and cause work place stress for others. That is counter productive and totally unnecessary. I'm not sure who the actual owner of "Beaumont Motorcycles" actually is, but I would say some house cleaning needs to be conducted. If this type of attitude is allowed to go un-checked, I may be looking for another service provider for all my machines in the near future. "

"I brought two Vulcan 900's in for service. Not only did they complete the service before they promised, but did so in a very proffessional maner. The staff was very friendly and the bikes run better than ever. I certainly plan on making Beaumont Motorcycles my place for service. "
